Replacing the Micro Switch

From the image: 1. ensure the Terminals are Red wire to Normanly open.
                     2. ensure Black wire to Common.
ensure connecting arm: is straight and the extender is secure.
     ensure good clean connections:
        1. The colors are for consistancy.
        2. The connections must be made at Common and Normaly open.
        3. Face the wires toward the back of chamber as shown.

This is a "safety switch" it will open ( disable mill power)
if the (Forage or Grain cover) is not in place.

Tech note: It is always a good idea to test the micro switch action with a cover and an Ohmmeter before final assembly. This procedure will help avoid the need to redo, tear down, and rebuild again. The Microswitch should have the spring in-place as shown and the arm is free to move in the chamber. ensure both make and break with cover.
