How long will it take to get my mill back?
Mill service is complete within two day(s). However, we need to get approval from you, plus shipping time.
How much is it going to cost?
It always depends on the mill usage. I can give an average of 1000.00 to 2200.00 USD.
Is there a warranty after its repaired?
Yes, we warranty parts and workmanship for 90 days. (If all recommended parts were replaced.)
- Place the mill in the box it came in if you still have it. If you don't, make sure it is packaged well.
- Fill out the form below.
- Be sure to tell us in the field provided, what kind of problems you are having.
- You can print this form and include a copy in the shipping box or simply click SEND.
- Send your mill with any attachments you suspect as part of the problem such as 'forage cover'.
What We Will Do!
- Receive your mill, create work-order showing type of grinding ring, cover, impeller etc.
- After disassembly: We'll inspect the belts, test bearings and motor current draw. Generally inspect chamber and the rest.
- We will email a link to your customer portal. There you'll find the quote for your approval.
- Click the approve button at the bottom. We will replace the needed parts and return your mill as if new in full operational condition.
- Don't forget to update CC information.
